Inactives for Saints vs Rams NFC Championship

As previously announced earlier this week, wide receiver Keith Kirkwood will be inactive for today’s matchup. Joining Kirkwood on the inactive list is tight end, Benjamin Watson. Watson has been dealing with appendicitis all week, and although he was officially listed as questionable leading up to today’s game, he is now officially listed as inactive.

Rounding out the inactive list are running back Dwayne Washington, linebacker Manti Te’o, offensive linemen Will Clap and Derek Newton, and recently signed defensive tackle Tyrunn Walker.

With Walker inactive, that leaves the Saints with just three active defensive tackles. Tyler Davison, David Onyemata, and rookie Taylor Stallworth will be looking to fill in for defensive tackle Sheldon Rankins following his devastating injury.

The Saints will also need tight end Josh Hill and wide receiver Tre’Quan Smith to fill the voids left by Watson and Kirkwood.
